About the Role
As a Technical Marketing Intern at TSS, you will be working closely with our sales and engineering teams to support pre- and post-sales customer engagements. The right candidate will have a combination of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on customer success.
Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise supporting the sale of high speed PHYs (GDDR/LPDDR/HBM PHYs)
Contribute to sales and technical marketing materials, including:
Presentations, Application notes, FAQs, and Documentation
Training and Lab materials
Silicon reports including functional and electrical characterization of TSS IP
Field customer inquiries and requests regarding TSS IP; manage/track customer support activities and document delivery
Participate in internal/customer bring-up and validation activities including:
Diagnostic and characterization of TSS interface IP products
ESD, reliability and production test qualification for IP products
Understand emerging protocols and customer requirements to further improve TSS IP
Requirements
Currently in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills
Team player and willingness to learn
Strong interest in circuit understanding and debug
Proficient with presentation preparation and previous experience with customer service is a plus
Programming, HDL, and scripting languages (C/C++, Verilog, Perl, Python, Tcl, etc) is a plus
Knowledge in high-speed memory (GDDR/LPDDR/HBM) interfaces is a plus
