Meet the TSS Team
Co-founder, CEO
Richard Fung
Richard co-founded The Six Semiconductor Inc. along with his co-founders in 2018.
As the CEO of The Six Semiconductor (TSS), Richard has the vision to take the company to become the industry leader in memory sub-system PHY IP provider, fostering an engineering culture to develop innovative designs with a never-say-never mindset in solving complex technical problems.
Richard began his career as an analog design engineer at ATI Technologies Inc. in 2000. He began his leadership role when he managed the full-custom IO design team at AMD in 2007, and subsequently held the role of R&D director at Peraso Technologies Inc in 2012. He was a sub-group technical lead for the Displayport Standards Workgroup for defining part of the Displayport specification.
As a registered Professional Engineer of Ontario, Richard received his B.A.Sc. and M.Eng. Electrical Engineering degrees from University of Toronto and holds 11 US patents.
